As a participant in the Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) you would be an integral part of DuPont's effort to accelerate its market-driven innovation growth strategy. DuPont is looking for energetic, experienced marketing professionals with a passion to contribute to DuPont's growth.
• MLDP participants are experienced marketing professionals who exhibit the potential to become DuPont's future business leaders.
• As a member of the MLDP you would gain exposure to a variety of marketing disciplines and other business functions through challenging assignments in several DuPont business units.
• The program is designed as a three-year rotational experience where participants complete 2-3 assignments lasting from 12-18 months each.
• Marketing assignments may include: Marketing Strategy and Execution, Sales Management, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing and Sales Effectiveness, and Market Impact of Sustainability.
Assignment Location
Assignments are primarily located in Gurgaon, Bangalore. Other opportunities may be available throughout India or internationally*, depending on business need and demonstrated skills. Positions would require domestic travel.
*As a member of the MLDP Global Segment, you may have exposure to one assignment in the U.S. depending on business need and candidate's performance.
Minimum Skills Required
• MBA (completed) with an emphasis on marketing or corporate strategy
• Two- Three years of Pre- MBA experience preferably in Business development / Marketing.
• MBA pass-out Batch : 2007 & 2008
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated leadership qualities
• Outstanding problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing/verbal communication and presentation skills
