Head HR needed for a well known startup in the auto services and retail space...

Experience :
:: 9 - 14 years post MBA (candidates with more experience need not apply)
:: Preferably with work experience in a start up firm
:: Should have exposure to all areas of HR in a fairly large setup

KSA :

:: Pleasant Personality
:: Great Motivator and team builder
:: Good knowledge in HR
:: Hand's on person

KRA's :

:: Manage complete HR for the company end to end.
:: Set up all systems and processes
:: Facilitate business to meet all goals set by management and investors.
:: Ensure all recruitment's across levels including workmen level happen on time
:: Create cohesion among the team members and build organization culture
