The Company is desiring to recruit Deputy Managers for managing various financial departments in Mutual Fund operations including transaction processing, systematic investments, brokerage, dividend processing and customer service.
The responsibilities of the position would be to :
v Manage a team of employees and ensure to deliver outcomes contracted with the Client as per SLA
v Ensure continuous improvement in quality, service delivery, efficiency and cost management
v Be responsible for training and development of the employees.
*Candidate profile*
ü Ideal Candidate would be a Post Graduate or possess a Professional qualification including MBA, ICWA, ACS, ACA.
ü Experience between 4-8 years with preference for exposure to financial services and ITES Industry.
ü Presentable personality and good communication skills.
