Our client is a Multinational Retail giant and is setting up large scale operations in India. We have been retained by them to identify a strong HR professional with hands-on experience in Corporate HR and Organization Development. The incumbent should have strong exposure to PMS (preferably on Balance Scorecard) and Employee Development aspects.

Deliverables:
* Developing and implementing effective HR Strategy, Policies and Procedures, HR Annual Plans and Budget
* Driving Strategic HR in conjunction with the Top Management
* Undertaking OD interventions and building healthy culture
* Focus on Employee Development and Engagement
* Implementing Performance Management system (Balance Scorecard)
* Training and Development
* Supervising Transactional HR operations etc.
