Location: Bangalore
Experience : 2 - 7 years

one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world having an international network comprises over 9,500 offices in 76 countries and territories in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa.
A high-calibre individual, with good Corporate Credit Analysis experience, in one or more corporate sectors.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities will include the following activities:

· Undertaking complex industry, competitor and client level analysis, as and when required. The analysis work might include complex transactions requiring structured credit facilities.
· Providing technical advice and assisting Sector Teams onshore, as needed.
· Adhering to internal processes for quality and delivering required throughput of high quality credit reviews on time.
· Interacting periodically with onshore business partners, and other stakeholders, as required.
Will also be required to:
· Pro-actively suggest and design improvements in process workflow, where applicable
· To understand, follow & demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal & external rules, regulations & procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls & any Compliance policy including inter alia, the Group Compliance policy
· To maintain Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal & external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
· To be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with your role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations

Qualification & Experience:
Masters Degree or equivalent in Business/Management, Finance, Economics, etc., from a premier Institute. Additional Financial qualifications like CA / ICWA / CFA (US) would be preferred.
2-7 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Corporate or Institutional Banking or Credit ratings/Research arena.
Skills:
· Proven skills in corporate credit analysis are essential.
· Good knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
· Good knowledge of financial modeling and experience of use of decision tools.
· Highly proficient at Excel and Word. Moderate level of database skills.
· Excellent English, written and spoken; hard-working; organised; diligent.
· Good team player.
· A basic understanding of Basel II and risk management systems would be an advantage.
