We have been retained by a US based global corporation that is part of
the Services Sector with revenues exceeding US$ 2 billion.
Our mandate is to find a HR Director who will Lead all HR initiatives,
with specific responsibility of working with senior management to define
overall HR policy and creation of a healthy, open and learning culture
through active participation and behavioral interventions.
This position will play a critical role in working with line managers to
identify and resolve Human Resources issues, and determine specific HR
business needs.
The role will include all aspects of HR Management & Employee engagement
including Performance management, Recruitment and selection, Management
and employee development including capability analysis, Employee
relations, training and HR administration
The ideal candidate for the position will be a HR Professional coming
with strong Business orientation realistically with 10-15 years robust
experience in areas of employee development including capability
analysis, manpower planning , organizational change, employee relations,
training and HR administration.
