DGM– Corporate HR

Position: DGM– Corporate HR

Qualification: MBA / MSW preferably from well know business schools

Experience: 10+ years industry experience in Manufacturing Industry and should have played Corporate HR role. (Exposure to PMS and T&D at a Corporate level is preferred)

Responsibility: Will partner with the Head HR in building the start-up Organization by setting up Policies and Processes within HR domain.

Client: Our client is a start-up in Automobile sector. With 4000 Cr INR Investment.

Location: Chennai

The incumbent should be conceptually strong in HR domain with good footing in Corporate HR.
